Our Screening / Credentialing Process
Our standard process includes all the following steps, ensuring that each Panda you have onsite meets all JCAHO standards. We collect all the following documents; resume, skills checklists, profiles, references, emergency contacts, diplomas, certificates including;
- all clinical licenses, front and back
- CPR, BLS
- ACLS, PALS, TNCC, IV Certificates
- TB Skin Tests
- Hep B Proof or Declination
- Physicial or Health Statement OR Check X-Ray
- MMRs
- any other needed documents.
We then background check each nurse carefully and perform the following steps;
- OIG
- Drug Screen
- Sex Offender Search
- EPLS
- Abuse Registry Check, and
- Reference Check
Lastly, we complete skills checklists identifying their general nursing knowledge, and then experienced (15+ year) advisers then interview them for placement.
