STAGE 3 – Background Checking   

We all know that the world is nuts these days. Employers have to use more precaution than they might like, when it comes to candidate selection. To do our part, we have a tiered background check program for our clients and they can choose to take advantage of any or all of these services.

It is important for job-seekers to know that we do this to protect our employers. Honesty is always the best possible. 

Basic, Standard Background Investigation - We perform a local county criminal background check which would include their driving record, if needed by the client. The decision whether or not to perform these investigations has to be made when the client signs up for our services.

Beyond, this basic service, we do offer premium background investigations which include (as needed);

• Multi-County Criminal Background Check
• Multi-State Criminal Background Check
• Credit Check
• Substance Abuse (Drug Testing)
• Finger Printing
• I9 Verification Check
• Professional License Verification (ie. RN licenses, etc.)

PLEASE NOTE: We do not as a company eliminate job seeker eligibility if they were convicted of certain felonies. If you have been convicted of a non-violent, non-drug related felony, you may still be eligible for employment with TEA and/or our their clients.

Each client has to make those decisions for their company. We have no control over that.
