HOW ARE WE DIFFERENT?
There are three distinct differences that set us apart from other staffing firms. These differences include;
1 – OUR RATES ARE MUCH LOWER THAN THE TYPICAL STAFFING FIRM.
- For Contingency or Retained Searches – Where most recruiting firms typically charge 25-35% (of base salary) as a service fee (the average being in the 25%-30% range); we are much lower. Our highest rate is 25% and we go DOWN from there. This alone could save you $1,000′s over working with another recruiting firm. Speak with one of our account managers and they will be happy to provide you with a custom quote based upon your needs.
- Retained Search Services are typically less than contingency, but quoted on a case-by-case basis.
- For Temporary, Interim, or Contract staffing services, it’s the same. We typically charge 10%-25% less than the typical agency markup.
2 – WE OFFER A WHOLE HOST OF DISCOUNT PROGRAMS TO LOWER CLIENT RECRUITMENT COSTS EVEN MORE.
We start with low rates, and then even lower them more, if a client meets certain terms and conditions. For instance, we offer client’s additional discounts if we fill a position quickly or if they pay their bill quickly. We even offer additional incentive if we are working directly with hiring authorities. We even lower them further if the client is working with us exclusively, on a retained basis.
3 - WE DON’T SEND IN “WANNABES”.
We are more into “weeding out”, than “weeding in”. You will never find us hitting you with a bunch of resumes, praying for one to “stick”. Our recruiting/search process is second to none. We like to say, “we do twice the work, for 1/2 the rate”.
